Dr. Hardik Joshipura (DIN: 09392511) is the company's Chairman and Managing Director. He previously held several positions of leadership roles with Sigma Aldrich and, later, Merck KGaA, including manufacturing, sales, and global strategic marketing.

He began his career at Zydus Cadila, where he led Contract Research R&D for the company's Fine Chemical business. He holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry and is a graduate of Harvard Business School (HBS) in Boston, MA, where he pursued an alternative to an Executive MBA programme.

Mr. Sandesh Mhadalkar (DIN: 08929791) graduated from the University of Mumbai with a degree in Commerce and Law. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CA IIB). He has worked for Allahabad Bank (now merged with Indian Bank) for over 30 years. Before retiring from Allahabad Bank (now merged with Indian Bank), he held the position of Chief Manager at many branches across India.

With an extensive presence in the local academic community, CA Dilip Oswal is a sought-after speaker at various forums and conferences. His profound knowledge and business acumen in accounting, taxation, and financial management have earned him respect and recognition in both educational and corporate circles. Beyond his professional endeavours, CA Dilip Oswal is actively involved in social welfare through his longstanding association with Rotary International since 1999.
